Most website projects are completed in 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity. The timeline for Growth and Leader plans begins at 1 month. I work in fast sprints: typically 2-3 days for research and concept development, then 4-7 days for design and build. For projects requiring custom integrations (like Shopify checkout or analytics setup), we may need an additional 3-5 days. I'll give you a specific timeline during our discovery call based on your needs.

What's your process and how involved will I need to be?
I start with a discovery call to understand your goals, then move quickly into design. You can choose your preferred working style: some clients prefer to see regular updates with quick feedback rounds, while others prefer to see a complete vision first and then refine. I'm flexible and will adapt to what works best for you. Most clients find that 2-3 feedback sessions during the project keeps things moving efficiently.

How do payments work and what protections do we both have?
All projects are managed through Contra, a secure platform for freelancers. You'll receive a formal agreement to sign digitally, and I typically request 100% prepayment before starting work. This protects both of us: you get a clear contract with defined deliverables, and I can focus fully on your project knowing there's mutual commitment. The platform holds your payment securely and I deliver exactly what we agreed on.

Can you integrate my website with Shopify, analytics, and other tools?
Yes. I regularly build websites that connect with Shopify checkout, Meta Pixel tracking, subscription platforms, and other business tools. I'll research the specific integration requirements for your project during discovery and either handle it myself or bring in a specialist if needed (like custom Shopify development). I always validate that tracking and integrations work correctly before launch.
